In this powerful flow class you will start where you are and build onto your practice through modifications. This class will build your strength in mind and body as we power through postures by creating heat with breath and movement for the first 45 mins. The remaining 45 mins of the class we will drop into the intention even deeper as we complete our class with a restorative sequence, ending with a Yoga Nidra. </p>
