Slowing it down never felt so good - this 60, 75 or 90 minute class is all about developing a truly delicious slow burn. The slower pace and more meticulous alignment cueing, deep core work and deep muscle work will leave you feeling challenged, lengthened, strengthened, and on fire. This class will be heated to the low 80's and is perfect for those who are desiring a deeper connection with their yoga practice, both body and soul.
