This class is based on the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment. It is a flowing class with slightly longer hold times to create a sense of balance and core strength. Jim always Includes a couple of arm balance poses and an inversion, building them step-by-step for those who need more guidance. Jim has a deep understanding of how to modify poses for a more well rounded class. He has been co-teaching a 200 hour level teacher training with wife Kathy for many years.
