This Beginner Yoga course is the ideal environment for learning with other newbies.
During this 6 week beginners yoga course we will cover:

Basic Yoga postures so that you can move into regular classes with confidence

Breathing and relaxation techniques

Safe foundational alignment of the most common yoga poses

Be with other completely new, inexperienced students
We also
offer a Stage 2 Beginners Yoga Course which is ideal
for yoga newbies who
participated in our
6-week Beginners Course and
don't
feel quite ready yet to join our regular level 1
classes.
If you are unable to attend the course for any given session, you can take a make up class at the studio.
If cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to course, a full refund can be given.
If cancellation is made within 2 weeks of course commencement a $30 admin fee will be charged and the balance refunded.
