Yoga Hot Detox will incorporate individual postures, some vinyasa flow, breathing exercises and relaxation. This class will maintain awareness and focus on the breath whilst holding and moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures will vary from class to class. Expect to work hard while working on your strength and balance. This class is done in a 100 degree yoga room.
