This 4-Week series is
designed for and open to all graduates of “Meditation for Beginners
Level 1”.
In this series we will continue our exploration and practice of
various forms of mindfulness and meditation. The form will be
simliar to Level 1 however, in addition to our exploration and
practice of various meditation and mindfulness techniques, we will
increase the time of meditation, introduce silent meditation, and
encourage discussion of things that “come up” (because they will).
We look forward to enrichning our contemplative practices
together.
As always, at the end of each class, you will receive practical ways to apply these techniques to your every day life.
*This is not a class for experienced meditators. This course was created as a follow up course to “Meditation for Beginners, Level 1”.
