Join us for 5 weeks of structured training on how to learn beginner pole tricks, condition for the BAR, enjoy free time for independent practice, and witness measurable results upon testing out. This level is often the initial level to join, unless you have prior pole fitness experience and can prove competency in these tricks. Must be a 90-day program participant.

The BAR Novice experience can be repeated with proper credits.
