The presence and encouragement of your partner is a powerful aid to labour and birth. In this 2-hour, fun and informative workshop, partners will learn and practice techniques to cultivate a greater understanding, enjoyment and confidence in pregnancy, labour, childbirth and beyond. Partners will learn ways to support mama during pregnancy and labour through yoga poses, breath work, movement, massage and relaxation techniques to help safely support her during this special time in her life.

Sharing movement, breath awareness and touch while spending time together away from daily responsibility creates the opportunity for an expecting mama and her birth partner to connect with their baby and nurture a comfortable pregnancy & birth.
No yoga experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
