Static Spins, Tricks and Combos
This class focuses on dynamic movements up on the pole, challenging your strength. Practice climbing variations, static poses, pole sits, handstands, and essential leg hooks. Members will work on variations of moves depending on their level of strength and technique. Our primary attention is on your safety and all members are given one-on-one attention for the highest quality experience.
Prerequisite: This class is for beginner - intermediate level polers.
