Low Flow is about helping you embrace and cultivate more fluidity in your movement through choreographed sequences that are designed to take you around the base of the pole & the floor. This class is a great way to ease into more FreeStyle-based classes and help you build more vocabulary to add to your unique movement expression.
Requirement: This class is for Level 2+
students.
Bring knee pads. If you have heels, bring those
also. We may or may not include heel work, depending on what the
theme of the sequence is.
