Yoga Heat provides opportunity for building flexibility, strength, and inner freedom. The room is set at 80° as it flows through movement, breathing, and meditation in a fun and exploratory way. This dynamic blend of fundamentals and new frontiers is set at a powerful, exhilarating pace. This class is an athletic blend of multiple yoga styles. Our intention is for students to leave class stabilized, strengthened, enlivened, and nurtured. This class is challenging, but highly effective and ideal for all levels. Beginners are always welcome. Dress appropriately and bring water! Heated class not recommended for anyone with Hypertension, cardiac issues or pregnancy.
