This dreamy class is finally back and a favorite of our clients!
Yin style yoga with long holds to facilitate deep release and increase flexibility. Poses are held for several minutes and are often supported with props. A slower class with deep sensation as you stretch into your connective tissue and fascia. Hands on touch, gentle massage and adjustments are offered throughout along with essential oils to deepend your relaxation.
