Introducing Teen PILATES at Continuum Wellness
Pilates is safe and effective for all ages and you know what they say... good habits start young!
Enjoy using a wide array of props such as balls, weights, balance cushions, flex bands and fitness circles... it’s always a fun and fresh class and you won’t get bored! The many benefits of Pilates include: improved posture, strength, tone, flexibility, balance, body awareness and coordination. Pilates can also help you improve performance in your sport!
Practice with your friends after school in our next 6 week session every Thursday at 4:15.
Pre-registration is required.
