Improve your strength, endurance and coordination in this intermediate Pilates Reformer class.  This class is designed for people with a basic understanding of pilates and some experience on the Reformer apparatus. Expect to transition quickly through a variety of advanced movements for a well rounded workout.

New clients!  Please arrive 10 minutes early so your instructor can give you a short introduction.  Be sure to let your instructor know If you have any injuries or movement restrictions.
