Description:
Our beginner-level students will begin to explore movements unique to Hammock, while learning how to build strength, confidence, and basic sequencing on the apparatus. The class will also focus on incorporating conditioning and flexibility.
Level 1 Hammock Requirements:
- Able to pullover and straddle invert from the ground.
- Ballerina/Candy cane roll ups
- Comfortable with front/back dives in the loop.
