Heated to 90 degrees, this class is appropriate for all levels of practitioner. Power Pillars focuses on individually incorporating the 5 Pillars of Baptiste Yoga within a 60 minute class. By workshopping your gaze (Drishti), breath (Ujayi), muscle engagement (Foundation), self-created heat (Tapas), and flow (Vinyasa), you will always leave class challenged and with a deeper understanding of Baptiste Yoga. Each week we will rotate through one of the five pillars as an area of focus.
