<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Healthy range of motion and muscle development in the hips is <strong><em>essential for a happy back and body</em></strong>. Postural alignment in everyday functional movement is often connected to tightness and/or <strong><em>weakness in the hips, torso, and upper legs</em></strong>. Creating adequate strength and mobility in these places (with the hips being the center of it all) can help create better mobility and alignment throughout the body, <strong><em>ease back pain,</em></strong> relieve stress in the legs and feet, and release stuck energy and emotions.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>This is an all levels class. Moderate options will be given for those that want a more challenging practice.</strong></span></p>
