Healthy range of motion and muscle development in the hips is essential for a happy back and body. Postural alignment in everyday functional movement is often connected to tightness and/or weakness in the hips, torso, and upper legs. Creating adequate strength and mobility in these places (with the hips being the center of it all) can help create better mobility and alignment throughout the body, ease back pain, relieve stress in the legs and feet, and release stuck energy and emotions.
This is an all levels class. Moderate options will be given for those that want a more challenging practice.
Class size is limited to 7 people per class. That provides at least 6 feet of space in between each person.
IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY VACCINATED, please put a mask on before entering the studio. You can take your mask off once you are on your mat.
We are asking everyone (teachers and clients) to not come to the studio if you are not feeling well.

Please spray any used props and place them on the designated shelf so they do not get put back into circulation. We have props for sale for those that would prefer their own.
