Strong is a HITT (high, intensity, tempo training.) Tempo driven, strength of the beat will change your muscles and cardio system to find power, strength, speed, stamina and mobility. Optimize your workout and make every minute count as you push beyond your limits. Feel the force, the energy and have fun. THIS IS NOT A DANCE CLASS. Everyone can do this class as we instruct it in 3 intensity formats.
Due to the limited amount of people we can have per class, we require sign-ups for all of our classes. We also have a waiting list. If you signed up and are not able to make it to class, please cancel so the people on the waiting list can take your spot.
