Each practice begins with a short meditation followed by a
series of Sun Salutations to connect breath with movement and
create heat. From there, we build on those Sun Salutations with
creativity to design an energetic and strong flow. Through fluid
transitions, moments of stillness, and holding postures, this class
will make you sweat!
All levels welcome, some prior yoga experience recommended.
Modifications and deeper postures offered to those who want added
support or to progress further in a posture.
