Subtle Power Yoga is the study of life and relationship,
vitality and intimacy. To see the body as a sacred geometrical
design and to feel the body supported in space, we must cultivate
deeper relationships with breath and poise. Each class will
incorporate meditation, pranayama, flows and held poses in
sequences designed to enhance a felt sense of freedom.
To touch the deeper meaning of yoga, themes and concepts are
woven throughout each class to provide focal points for meditative
inquiry, co-creating the contemplative journey. Based on the deep
study of anatomy, neuroscience, psychology and mythology, this
class will inspire inner strength, subtle awareness, and attention
to the many layers of being and transformation.
