In this beginning class series, you will learn the basics of
mindfulness and meditation to help cultivate a lifelong
practice.
Students will:
- Practice mindful movements
- Pair beginner breath techniques
- Explore the 5 senses
- Learn simple meditations
- Receive accountability coaching
Meditation does not mean “sitting in silence”, but rather, it is a
time to connect and balance. It is a time to rest your brain and
body and restore calm. This series is just the beginning –
intermediate and advanced classes coming!
