Meet Your Teachers:
Ayla Singer - Ayla is a passionate instructor who believes yoga can change someone's life. She credits her first yoga class as one of the best things that ever happened to her. Yoga has given her the tools to get out of her head and thrive in the present moment. In 2013 she decided to take a YTT so she could not only deepen her practice but share it with others. Her classes have a theme of connecting breath and movement, presence and the unfolding of possibilities in every moment.
Alice Guevarra-Alice has the affinity for looking beyond the surface and seeking a more deep-rooted history in each patient's body. Her passion for the human body’s biomechanics shines through her treatment plans as she strives to meet the needs of each patients functional and recreational activities. Having been through her own mental and physical traumas, she knows first hand the debilitating effects of chronic pain and how to step back into the light. She uses her experiences, education and intuition combined with therapeutic exercise programs to restore the body’s natural balance
It was through yoga that Alice was able to rehabilitate herself from a head-on Motor vehicle accident. She is beyond grateful to combine Massage Therapy with the healing power of yoga alongside Shanti’s incredible healers.
Mike Everson - Mike became a Registered Massage Therapist 8 years ago after being inspired by how massage was the only thing that fixed his neck after trying many therapies. He quickly learned how rewarding helping others deal with their pain was. His focus is combining the holistic mindset of myofascial meridians and structural integration while also adding traditional Swedish massage.
