Attendees must bring their own mat (we recommend two for comfort on the parking lot cement) and a small blanket.
Unwind and give attention to the inner dialogue during this slow flow practice. We'll incorporate mindfulness meditation and loving compassion before/after we stretch, breathe and raise awareness on our internal landscape. If external landscape is more a focus, you will also get that desire met as we warm up, stretch and cool down. Yoga is known to promote a mind-body balance. For some, even spiritual balance. So we hope you can stop in and find out for yourself.
This class will be done outdoors in the parking lot behind the studio. This class is weather permitting and has will have minimum of 3 students for class to continue and a maximum of 6 students. Masks may be worn and social distance practices will be in place.
