<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Attendees must bring their own mat (we recommend two for comfort on the parking lot cement) and a small blanket.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Unwind and give attention to the inner dialogue during this slow flow practice. We'll incorporate mindfulness meditation and loving compassion before/after we stretch, breathe and raise awareness on our internal landscape. If external landscape is more a focus, you will also get that desire met as we warm up, stretch and cool down. Yoga is known to promote a mind-body balance. For some, even spiritual balance. So we hope you can stop in and find out for yourself.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This class will be done outdoors in the parking lot behind the studio. This class is weather permitting and has will have minimum of 3 students for class to continue and a maximum of 6 students. Masks may be worn and social distance practices will be in place. </span></p>
