Unwind and give attention to the inner dialogue during this slow flow practice. We'll incorporate mindfulness meditation and loving compassion before/after we stretch, breathe and raise awareness on our internal landscape. If external landscape is more a focus, you will also get that desire met as we warm up, stretch and cool down. Yoga is known to promote a mind-body balance. For some, even spiritual balance. So we hope you can stop in and find out for yourself.

Special Instructions

Please bring a journal if you wish, your own Mat (we do provide mats if you don't have your own) and a smaller blanket or 2 for extra comfort during shavasana.
