Using the sciences of yoga and positive psychology, Amber will
guide you through exercises and strategies to help you hack into
the inner workings of your brain and rewire it toward the positive.
This two-part workshop series will allow you to take what you
learn home to implement it into your everyday life and come back
for followup, support, and reinforcement. If you've ever wanted
more happiness and ease in your life, this workshop is for
you!
Both sessions are lecture-based and will not involve a yoga
movement practice. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring
something to write with and a journal or notebook.
