<div>Instead of pure yoga we will be doing a fusion of Yoga and Pilates with the added challenge of light weights and mini bands.</div>

<div>The class will consist of a warm up consisting of dynamic stretching and breathing (pranayama) with movement as we progress from the floor to standing.</div>

<div>Along the way we will strengthen the core, glutes, back and hips with body weight Pilates exercises. And then adding in light weights and a band as we move through some sequenced sets for a full body sculpt.</div>

<div>The class ends with a slow yoga flow wind down and some gentle stretches, followed by a few minutes of deep relaxation. </div>
