This class will have you moving through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and functional fitness to enhance your daily living. A wide variety of equipment will be used to offer resistance (hand-held weights, elastic tubing, stability balls, etc.) as well as other techniques to strengthen the body such as balance, core strength, aerobic conditioning and stretching.
If you are attending from home your instructor will design the workout for the equipment you have available.
