During this training, you will learn how to guide students (and yourself) into restorative postures, how to utilize props to provide full support of the body, and techniques for calming the mind through meditation and yoga nidra. An overview of subtle anatomy/the energetic body will assist in your understanding of how this practice helps to heal the body and bring it into greater balance.
Through experiencing the practices, sequencing, and co-teaching, you will leave prepared to guide yourself and others through a full Restorative Yoga class.
This training is a great supplement to healthcare professionals, therapists, educators, and yoga teachers. It is also a wonderful training for practitioners who want to be able to practice Restorative Yoga at home.
