This class is a Tai Chi/Qigong inspired session.  You will learn slow, deliberate movements, meditative breathing and self-massage techniques that will help get your qi moving.  

These low impact movements can increase flexability, strength, circulation and balance.  Great for all ages and abilities.

During the busy holiday season this 1 hour class will help you get your movement and meditation in all at once.  

Can be used with your membership or $10 drop in for each class
