A study published in the Journal of Pain showed that yoga was an effective treatment for patients suffering from chronic neck pain. Chronic neck tension and pain can lead to psychological discomfort, pain related apprehension, disability and disruption to the overall quality of life. This class will address easing muscle tension from the neck, shoulders and upper back as well as strengthening the upper back and neck muscles and improving overall posture. All levels are welcome!
