This is our beginner program! A rotating curriculum benefits
students of any age, fitness level, or experience level.
This class teaches material for yellow belts, which focuses on
foundation-level technique, aggression, and overall Krav Maga
philosophy. Students learn the basics of self defense, from
counters to chokes and simple strikes all the way through the
basics of unarmed handgun defense. Drills at this level simulate
aspects of street fighting under relatively low-stress conditions,
but classes are still high-intensity.
