This class is for those who can invert from the floor (aerially is a plus!) and are prepared for shoulder-mount conditioning. Students will learn a wide range of moves and combos coming from leg hangs, side climbs and other entries—mostly on the pole, though some classes may include a bit of intermediate floorwork. We’ll work on shoulder-mounts/shoulder-mount prep, perfecting our inverts—from straight-legged to aerial—and start prepping for handsprings too.
Prepare to polish your form in classic moves, from a genie to jade, and learn new moves and transitions you might've never seen before … except maybe on the ’gram! And if you don’t already have your ayesha, this class will help you get there.
