Sankalpa is what all intentions are made of. Give up the “resolution”, and start working in the present moment to manifest your heart's wishes and desires. A warming hatha routine of asanas (yoga postures) and moving slowly, followed by some deep stretching and restorative asanas or “postures” to relax and soothe you. Throughout class, you will be given supportive prompts to journal on to help you find your new year Sankalpa (intention). A special new year journal page is included and an aromatherapy oil to inspire your new year.
