A barre class designed with the pregnant body in mind. Keep muscles strong and lean to help reduce back pain and stay healthy and vibrant during pregnancy. Exercises are low impact and safe for pregnant women of any fitness level, provided you’re cleared to exercise. Sculpt and tone your legs, glutei, arms and back while doing something great for your body and mind.
This class is open to those who are not pregnant but is delivered with the pregnant body’s needs in mind (ie: less focus on core).
