Find your balance in this vinyasa and yin combo class. The first part
of the class - the dynamic yang style of vinyasa flow - will
incorporate energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga
postures), matched with the breath, creating a sense of flow,
strength, ease and tension release. The second part of the class – the
passive yin yoga - will consist of long-held passive poses targeting
joints and connective tissue with the goal of opening the body to
greater flexibility, strength, and mobility while also encouraging a
more contemplative non-reactive quality of mind.
