Have you ever wanted to hula hoop on your waist and just couldn’t? Did you know you could hula hoop without ever putting one on your waist?!
Welcome to Hula Hoop basics! In this class you’ll learn the three basic “on the body” moves such as waist hooping, neck hooping, and arm hooping. From there, you will learn a few combos to jazz up your play. We’ll also include popular “off body” moves such as hoop hug, revolving door, lasso, underdog, high five, and more. By the end of class, you’ll be creating your own hula hoop flow combos!
You do not need to know how to hula hoop on your waist for this class – you will learn many other tricks and combos for play. Hoops will be provided by the instructor/studio.
