Learn to find comfort and confidence in your yoga practice. Join
Stevie, a trauma informed yoga instructor, to explore options for
anyone who has had difficulty finding peace and safety in a studio
environment.
Topics for discussion:
-Identifying triggers in the studio and how to support ourselves in
times of distress
-Discussing breath and calming techniques
-Introspection exercises
-Using props and modifications for poses that feel uncomfortable,
dangerous, or exposed.
We will close our class with a Yang/Yin practice that allows us to
apply our new information.
