Bring Clarity to each day practice.</span><br data-reader-unique-id="5" /><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">In 8 weeks program for beginners at The Pure Yoga Centre, the student will learn :</span></p>
<p data-reader-unique-id="3"><br data-reader-unique-id="6" /><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">* Yoga Asanas - Postures, correct way to approach each position, focus on the present moment and building awareness of the mind, body and soul.</span></p>
<p data-reader-unique-id="3"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">* Breathing techniques, pranayamas</span></p>
<p data-reader-unique-id="3"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">* Relaxation and Meditation (introduction to different techniques each week)</span></p>
<p data-reader-unique-id="3"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">* Gentle transitions and flow into the practice to challenge our concentration, our balance our body and our mind</span></p>
<p data-reader-unique-id="3"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;">The course is suitable for beginners of all ages and abilities. The class is only once per week, on Tuesdays at 3.30 pm or Thursdays at 6.15 pm. </span></p>
