In the Fundamentals of Pilates class, you will be expected to: 

- Maintain a stable pelvic position during open chain, closed or semi-closed chain exercises

-Stabilize shoulders during upper body movement 

- Recognize the basic 10+ exercises by name

-Set up equipment and spring levels

-Move in flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation 


Special Instructions

Current students in this class may register starting the 1st of the month through the 15th.   New students may register for the class starting on the 16th of the month.
