In the Intermediate Pilates Class, you will be expected to:
-Have a working knowledge of fundamental exercise order, equipment and spring set-up and transitions
-Navigate safely with fewer points of contact
-Learn more complex rotational and side-bending exercises
-Adjust quickly to variations or additions as cued by instructor

Current students in this class may register for the month starting the 1st through the 15th. New students may register for the month starting the 16th.
