This low impact class similar to a small group training session is designed to sculpt and shape strong lean muscle.
Using light weights, resistance bands, TRX and bodyweight you will increase strength and endurance while challenging your body in a deliberately fun way.
It is about more than lifting weights. It includes plyometrics, agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one piece of the puzzle.
By the end of this class you will be want to be a part of the WGF Plank Challenge!
ALL CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED PRIOR TO CLASS.
Out of respect for our clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start. Anyone more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed in class.
ALL ATTENDEES MUST WEAR A MASK WHEN ENTERING and CONSENT TO HAVING TEMPERATURE TAKEN.
MUST SUPPLY OWN MAT, BLOCKS, STRAPS, GLIDERS AND BALLS.
