Flow 101 Workshop: Fundamentals of Flow Tutorial
Join Margo for a break down of the most common elements found in flow-style classes. This workshop is intended for new and experienced yogis alike who would like to pause the flow pace for a chance to check alignment, breathing, and transitions along the way. It is your opportunity to really delve into Ujayii breathing, “your vinyasa”, and which variation of the sun salutation postures is best for you. Leave feeling a little more empowered to let your flow best suite YOU in your next (or first) Flow Class with us.
This 2 1/2 hour workshop will include:
- shoulder, core, and leg strengthening for common flow class transitions like Low Plank into Upward Facing Dog into Downward Facing Dog,
- more shoulder, core, and leg strengthening for adding new transitions to your flow practices like floating from Crow Pose into Low Plank, or pressing from Downward Facing Dog into Handstand and into Standing Forward Fold,
- and plenty of opportunities to explore lots of options in between to find the “just right” vinyasa for you!
