Teen Self Care and Yoga Workshop.
Join Miss Britt for this 4 week series to introduce your teen to
yoga, meditation, and tools to take care of themselves and manage
stress. Teens will receive a I AM workbook, gratitude journal, and
notebook included in the registration fee. Participation in all
four evenings required. Ages 14-17.
All activities designed to promote self discovery, self regulation, community building, and general silliness/happiness. We will be talking about yoga and meditation as well as practicing it. Each evening will conclude with a 40 min vinyasa hip hop flow class led by Talia.
