The Cardio/Core workout is designed to push your body and challenge your cardiovascular fitness. These workouts bring it all! Cardio is applied to strengthen your heart and boost your metabolism while the core application is targeted towards a stronger torso. Core exercises strengthen your hips, back, and all muscles of the midesction. The core is your center of gravity and wehre all body movements begin.
