New to Barre? Then this is a great place for you to begin. In
this class we start with a Barre warm up and practice to get the
legs and upper body moving. For the last 20 minutes or so we take
it to the floor using basic Pilates moves to continue to work our
core and stabilizing muscles. Feel the burn without the high impact
of a cardio class or weight training with heavy weights. Class is
great for all levels or exercisers.
