You have done it ! You have grasped the foundations and have
the awareness to take your Pilates practice to the next level! The
class is filled of exercises that will challenge your mind-body
connection and give you that next push into finding more control
throughout movement. We will challenge the body's strength with
more range of movement and add in more coordination to wake up the
deep layers of core. If your ready for the next level of challenge
this class is for you! Recommended to have at least 10-15 reformer
essentials classes under your belt before you take part in this
class :)
