Sexercise is the blend of sensual and sexy movment with dance
and exercise. You know
how you repeat cat pounces on the floor to “warm-up”? That is a
sexercise. When you work
on your wavy legs? That is a sexercise! Some of them are easy and
some of them get
really challenging!
