What we'll do
Silent meditation at Yoga Forest in Forest Lake. This is a
bi-weekly meeting, every other Saturday. We will meet at
7:00AM and start meditating by 7:10AM ending around 7:30 or
7:40AM.
Your mind and body have powerful self-healing capabilities that
work most effectively when not held back by stress. Just as yoga
eases stored physical stress, meditation does the same for the mind
and nervous system. Meditation has been shown to slow heart rate
and reduce production of stress hormones. It helps increase energy,
improve sleep, and sharpen thinking.
