Mondays and Wednesdays : 6:30 to 7:30

• Athletes are asked to arrive at 6:30/6:35 to get in a good bike ride, row or jog on treadmill to prepare for the session. Session will start at 6:45 sharp.
• Warm-up protocols that should become second nature

Core Foundations
• bracing the spine, holding a brace in action, returning to that braced position after being knocked off balance
• more than sit ups - go through the variety of exercises to strengthen and balance out the entire trunk, thereby building a stronger athlete

General strength / movement skills
• body weight work, movement through crawls, push-ups, obstacle challenges, etc

• learning other ways to build, improve and maintain mobility... more than stretching
