This class is for active adults who'd like to get back in shape, improve their flexibility, mobility and balance. We'll do some strength training for stronger bones and to reduce the onset or continuation of osteoporosis.

We'll work on balance, flexibilty and mobility so you can move easily through the day.

And we'll look at some cardio so you can keep up with your grandchildren or the neighbour's kids.

Special Instructions

Bring indoor shoes, wear layers you can put on or take off in the gym and your own yoga mat.
