This is a four-week Computrainer series. More, this is a GREAT way to get one solid, structured fitness-building workout in each week.
Our PerfPro Software (http://perfprostudio.com/Studio.aspx) is a hit and allows all the riders in or classes to see plenty of data which ultimately helps each become a stronger, more informed and capable bike rider!
This series has you in our studio once per week at your scheduled day/time. These classes feature:
-Various intervals protocols to add tools to your cycling toolbox
-An array of PerfPro courses to keep you interested
-Coaches run our classes and give coaching tips and instruction
-Other cyclists in each session which helps with the workouts
-Great music. Mostly upbeat Rock-n-Roll
-We set up and take down of your bike for you
-Towels provided for your classes
-File upload to your training software post-class each week
-A ride report sent right to your inbox
-Showers & towels
